Help: Medical/scientific translation Latin->English

Hello! I hope I could find few specialists here who have some experience in medical Latin. I have a manuscript topic to be translated in Latin, I took help of a Latin teacher in university, but he doesn't know the scientific language, many things in the sentence he could not understand and the translation he made looks bit unscientific (I apologise for my ignorance if I am wrong).

Here is the original English topic of manuscript to be translated:

"Individual genetic variations and the risk of prostate cancer in men subjected to prostate biopsy"


OR another version of this (which is just for the understanding translated from Polish):

"The role (or significance) of investigating individual genetic variations (or alterations) in prostate cancer risk assessment in men subjected to (who underwent) prostate biopsy"
- [words in brackets are just synonyms to make it more clear].

Here are two versions of translation I got from a Latin teacher:

"De vi mutabilitatem geneticam propriam spectantem investigationis in carcinomatis prostatae periculi aestimatione apud viros quibus prostatae biopsia facta est"

OR

"De vi ad mutabilitatem geneticam spectantem investigationis peragentis apud singulares viros et de possibilitate apud illos carcinomatis prostatae apparendi (apud illos viros prostatae biopsia facta est)"

Any help, corrections or comments would be appreciated. If some information is unclear or missing, please ask!
