Truly odd: it appears to be a live web cam showing a guy in a chicken suit who will do almost anything you ask: you type in your commands and he obeys.

This is a very similar 'webcam' featuring GW Bush. Unfortunately, he's not as smart as the chicken, so no matter what instructiion you type, he won't do it. UNLESS you mention Michael Moore...
