I checked "window task manager" - performance - CPU usage

it is 80-90%

and i checked "window task manager" - processes

I add everything up, the total CPU usage is not more than 10%

@steelcat,
That's likely not hacking. It's more likely to be spyware. Run Norton or McAfee, whichever one you've got.
