Thank you for letting us know this oh so sad news, Dutchy has been such an inspiration to us crossworders, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family, you never know he might just rally, he is a fighter. We will all certainly miss him on this forum. xx

No Margsy, he's not going to rally this time, sadly. He has said his goodbyes to his family, and at his request, there will be no more medical intervention. His dialysis has been stopped, he is in a coma, and will slip away any time now. He certainly has been a fighter, but has had enough. He will definitely be missed.

So sad. Goodbye Dutchy a GREAT GUY. xx

For the update on Dutchy, I have been going into yabber line, but not since 16th.
What he did not know, I reckon you could put on a postage stamp.
He will be sadly missed on this forum.

I just need to let you all know that Dutchy has passed away after along and courageous fight. He has helped a lot of us on the crossword forum, and will be deeply missed.
