I want to keep this as one sentence and have typed it a few ways. Mind the comma. That's what this is about. Is my grammar correct?

"My right shoulder feels like it’s on fire and I know the rest of my aches will be a hundred times worse tomorrow, yet somehow I can't stop smiling."

Technically Rob it should be a semicolon
