Is it possible to be repentant for past sins while simultaneously remembering some of them fondly?
Augustine of Hippo, the so-called St. Augustine, wrote:
"Grant me chastity and continence, but not yet."
"Is it possible to be repentant for past sins while simultaneously remembering some of them fondly?"

Only God knows.
If you're asking forgiveness but don't really mean it, he'll refuse to take your call.
Hamlet's murderous uncle tried praying but gave up because he knew he didn't mean it and that it'd never fly-
"My words fly up but my thoughts remain below"
just having a little joke romeo, don't read anything into it

You mean a serial repenter?
@neologist,
that would be this prayer "Dear Lord just let me get home without getting pulled and I'll never drink again"
Catholics are big on "serial repenting"; for example IRA terrorists used to blow people up then nip down their local church to confess to the priest to make it alright.
