When I was about 17 I had long hair like a hippy and a guy came up to me at my senior prom and asked me to dance. He thought I was a girl, I guess perhaps I should have said yes.
The Girl does belly dance--for the health benefits of the exercise, and from a love of the dance. She does folklore dancing, which means traditional music and traditional dance forms.
