@ossobuco,
6 changes are not enough, frankly

At the request of the commish, I am taking a poll.
If you wish to remove the 6 changes per week, please reply YES to this post.
If you wish to retain the 6 changes per week, please reply NO to this post.
If you don't care, please do not reply.

The poll will last till next Monday.
Then the commish will take whatever course is selected by the majority of votes.

@Ragman,
And my 6 changes are supposed to last me through this entire "week" ... which evidently does not end until next week sometime. I thought they would clean the slate Monday morning, but alas ...

So, no more changes for me this week. Choose wisely, my friends.

@Ragman,
I'll give you a thumb for that!
My take is I don't want to start worrying about it when figuring out what to do with recalcitrant players.

@ossobuco,
I vote YES. I see that Tico has already hit the maximum followed by several folks at 4 and 5. I can go for having a higher number in the first week or so as players work to make adjustments to a bad draft.
The idea of a max is that someone with too much time on his/her hands could add/drop Starting Pitchers, for example. That could work, putting another player, perhaps a less attentive one, at a disadvantage. Of course that strategy of streaming could be futile.

@realjohnboy,
I can agree with that, re the first weeks, and the reasons behind saying yes after the first weeks. We haven't had all that much streaming though, of late.

edit - I'd still not like to be stopped by a number. It involves worrying about it.

@realjohnboy,
Would that mean 2 weeks of play (in this case, say, after week 3)?

And the fact that this "week" is going to last at least 14 days.

Is there any reason this rule can't be changed immediately?

@Ticomaya,
You're right.

I've asked the commish and he agrees to drop the limit now.
Depending on the poll, we'll keep it dropped or pick it up again next week.

I also vote YES, so that's four. Two more carries it.

I wouldn't want anyone to not have fun with this. I mean that's why we do it right? But, I vote no. Lets have a cap on the streamers!

There were four vote to recind the limit and one to keep it.
So no limit.
We can always reconsider later on if people want to.
There certainly doesn't appear to be any "streaming" at the moment.

@ossobuco,
I hope he lags behind enough. Garg's a rival to be feared.
