Welcome samad. I hope you enjoy your time here. You've asked a perplexing question because English is a young and evolving language. I don't know of any terms for meat lovers except carnivore which is used throughout the animal kingdom and denotes a preference for meat as opposed to herbivore which relates to grass or vegetable eating. There are, in our society, vegetarians who eschew meat but I don't know if there's an antonym for that word. I'll make one up. Carneterian, how's that?
I'd be interested to know the words in your language and if there's one for people who love meat.

That is simple, but I'll bet a screwdriver is "An implement that turns shafts with corresponding grooves at the top"

KIDDING!

SUV's are the preferred hunting chariot; there's plenty of room to truss up the beast on the hood.

Carnophagiac would imply obsessive meat eating. I'd go with carnophile.

manually operated Archimedian inter-fibrous friction fastener

set I remember someone on a Philly radio station skated by using the S- word by calling a listener a Copro-phagiac. "one who enthusiastically eats shit"
