Need help with jailbreak ipod touch ios 7 !!

helllo,
i just have jailbroken my ipod touch fifth generation running ios 7.0.4 and everything worked fine but today i downloaded a tweak from cydia and when it was installed, i could not find it! it wasn't in my settings neither on my springboard! Please some advise to fix this !!! (btw the app is fake carrier)
