A good dictionary will help you. Here's mine:

DELIVER (2): to free, rid, divest of or from

deliver us from evil
deliver us of envy (but this would be a most unusual phrase to encounter. As I said earlier, it is pretty archaic)

"Deliver us from evil" sounds very natural.
