ANy one know of Good Cheap software for capturing Stills from video. Trying to Make some Animated Gif's and want to take the images from video we have saved as Mpegs. would like to be able to go through a 5sec clip frame by frame and save the ones I want.

Or is there any soft ware the will just take a clip and turn it into a animated Gif?
