I have my old Adobe Photo De Lux program disc but it wont install on my windows 7 when I load the disc the install screen appears and the install button appears to depress but nothing happens. Can anyone tell me if its possible to load this program ?
I'm a PC dummy, your best bet is to ask about computer stuff in computer forums like I have to.

If your version of that Adobe program was designed to work on an older version of Windows, you need to update or upgrade it.
Did you purchase or acquire the program prior to having Win 7 OS? What version is it?
{Edit}You have done a system restore on your computer according to previous threads here about previous system issues. Perhaps (if you have a Win 7 version of that Adobe program) you should remove that version of the Adobe program from your hard drive and re-install using the Win 7 compatible version of the Adobe program.
