Why are school uniform skirts getting shorter and shorter for middle school and high school females? Do parents know what's going on?

my guess would be to keep peace with the students, who tend to not like uniforms much anyways, and certainly not ones only a couple of notches above what the Taliban would approve of.

It is happening in NYC. In the summertime, teen girls wear very revealing clothes. I cannot believe what my eyes can see. Where are the parents? No wonder so many teen girls are rape vicims.

You are denying the personal responsibility of those who choose to commit rape. Rapists haven't lost self-control because of some supposed raging lust when they commit the crime. To the contrary, they're in control (unless the intended victim is able to defend herself). I don't agree with immodest apparel either, but that is a completely separate issue. Only rapists cause rape.

What in the world are you talking about, and what does football have to do with the subject of this thread? The obvious answer is "Absolutely Nothing!" You've really lost it this time! The only thing anyone has said in this thread is that short skirts don't cause rape, and then you go off on this totally unrelated tangent. Sounds to me like you're engaging in a pity party. Self-pity, that is. Self-pity that is based on delusion. While you have no empathy for anyone else, you're feeling sorry for yourself because you're a guy! What a laugh! You constantly denigrate victims of rape and bullying, then you turn around and claim victimhood for yourself as a poor, oppressed white dude. That makes you a hypocrite. It also makes you a big baby.
