I say 2:1 no. The reason is that Washington is breaking down, both from internal problems and citizen disgust.

no no, it is a "pivot", as in he will pivot from being a hard assed dictator to being a community organizer facilitator. dont worry if you blink and miss it, as he will pivot back and then back again in the not too distant future. the only time The Professor will disappoint is if you should be looking for some stability or coherence.

cnn today has experts going as high as 70-75% chance of shutdown at the end of the month, default next month much lower.
