I'd recommend a clean-shaven look to go with the buzz cut.

The whole head/face scruff thing just seems weird to me. Not specifically on you - just generally. Always makes me wonder if someone took a razor on one setting and did everything - stem to stern - at once. The clean-shave makes it look like more of an effort. Sometimes, well-maintained sideburns can really make a buzz cut look awesome.

Test out a few looks with it. You can still have options with a buzz cut.

You posted lots of photos but no 'before' photos to compare with. Still, I think it suits you. Generally I think the shorter the better on balding men.
