Here's a rather cold link, filled with data. I might be back later with more. I loved the guy.

I read some articles over the years by him, and his take on St. Petersburg. (sp?) This all sounds so pedestrian. But, his take on St. Petersburg was memorable, as were his columns. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001811/
