Need Help on data on Nominal and Likert scale

I am conducting study where data was collected on using two scales.
Dependent Variable: Knowledge sharing, four sub variables with 5 points Likert Scale.
Independent Variable: Organizational Culture, four questions with same four options on Nominal scale

I need guidance on which tests should i apply to find relationship and how to do that in SPSS
