The way to produce a merchant accounts for Twitter for a business?

Hey my relative is inquisitive and desires to produce a Facebook page for his business, but he does not understand the way to-do it. He does not own a facebook account possibly. He would like to understand the way to create a twitter accounts and twitter website for his business, so he may educate his advertising people by a few weeks. Anybody know how-to do this?

Make any Twitter or Facebook account you want. Twitter has unique usernames so he can't make a name that is already being used. The name should be as short as he can stand.

Facebook doesn't require unique usernames. The instructions are pretty simple for setting up a page. They are a lot nicer with photo backgrounds.

Both appear to be moving in the direction of more verified business accounts; I don't imagine either will be free to commercial ventures for much longer.
