Don't even bother with fox, just actually listen to the actual FBI investigators statement. He spells out she did illegal things and that she shouldn't go to jail because other politicians did it too and didn't go to jail. Like I said, politically priveleged. Way more than the police officers who have NO evidence against their wrongdoing and liberals still want to see THEM locked up.

No proof and not taken to court and convicted. They admitted she couldent be tried or convicted on what they have. A mistake isent breaking the law.

The first sentence he asked if their were unauthorized e-mails in an unauthorized place in Clinton's basement. Yes. Then, he asked about Clinton lying under oath, which absolutely was a dodged yes, but a yes all the same. Lying under oath is illegal btw. Then if you actually watch the whole thing comey actually does explain about what they have done about politicians in the past and why he decided not to recommend Hillary for prosecution.

Well this isn't the court. It's just people talking. How would you see that as Hillary not lying though? It is my opinion Hillary is a liar, but the classified e-mails being on the basement server is a fact, not my opinion. It's also a fact that Hillary said they weren't there, on tv. That's a fact. Well you can blame comey for not having the courage of his convictions and bowing to political pressure and not recommending charges under the Federal law that she violated. And until she's found not guilty she's a suspect who has a history of lying through her teeth... and thinks she's above the law. So I can refer to her guilt as often as I care to.

Also like I've told you before don't use legalese you haven't the basis of knowledge to do so... Slander is the Spoken Word, libel is for things that are written... And in order for anyone to sue me for libel they're going to have to prove that the statements I'm making or false... Good luck with that.
