@parados,
This guy was investigated and questioned by the FBI twice and they found nothing wrong with him... The San Bernardino shooters, the female lied on her immigration forms... Hell, Obama couldn't even say the Ft. Hood shooter was a terrorist, he refereed to the whole incident as "work place violence" until December of 2015, 6 years after the shooting...

Now we want to take people who were placed on the "No Fly List", which was done with no due process and put them on a "no gun list", which is exactally what you are describing...

@Baldimo,
What are you guilty of if you can't buy something?

You seem confused as to what the word "guilty" means.

Why would anyone need an AR-15 for "personal use" ??

Did you have America confused with a Fascist state? People don't have to convince you of their "need" before they are allowed to exercise their rights.

Liberals are Fascists who hate our Constitution. There really is nothing more to say.

@oralloy,
Youre still not talkin out of your mouth in the realm of governance, laws and politics.
The Constitution has been crafted to respect our differences of opinions and creeds. You would have it so that only your voice is the one that is heard.
BY YOUR OWN WORDS YOUREVEAL YOURSELF AS THE REAL "CONSTITUTION HATER"

No, as always I am stating facts and reality. That liberals find facts and reality inconvenient does not invalidate facts and reality.

That doesn't make it OK for liberals to always try to violate everyone's civil rights.

Pointing out that liberals are evil does not prevent anyone else's voice from being heard.

That is indeed one that the Left loves to violate. But I mean their constant assault against our Constitutional gun rights.

@Suttle Tea,
The problem with this is in the details. Social Security is paid to those who are retired and have paid into it. Any changes made to SS always have a time frame and age limit on who they effect. People currently on SS would not be effected by any changes made. Only those under the age of 50 at the time of the change would be effected. I think a majority of us under 50 welcome a change to OUR SS.

Changing the 2nd Amendment effects all US citizens, not just those old enough to collect SS. What's with the faulty logic on your part?

*Guns were used 2.5 million times a year in self-defense. Law-abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year -- or about 6,850 times a day. [1] This means that each year, firearms are used more than 80 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to take lives.

[2]

* Of the 2.5 million times citizens use their guns to defend themselves every year, the overwhelming majority merely brandish their gun or fire a warning shot to scare off their attackers. Less than 8% of the time, a citizen will kill or wound his/her attacker.

[3]

* As many as 200,000 women use a gun every year to defend themselves against sexual abuse.

[4]

* Even anti-gun Clinton researchers concede that guns are used 1.5 million times annually for self-defense. According to the Clinton Justice Department, there are as many as 1.5 million cases of self-defense every year. The National Institute of Justice published this figure in 1997 as part of "Guns in America" -- a study which was authored by noted anti-gun criminologists Philip Cook and Jens Ludwig.

[5]

* Armed citizens kill more crooks than do the police. Citizens shoot and kill at least twice as many criminals as police do every year (1,527 to 606).

[6]

And readers of Newsweek learned that "only 2 percent of civilian shootings involved an innocent person mistakenly identified as a criminal. The 'error rate' for the police, however, was 11 percent, more than five times as high."

[7]

* Handguns are the weapon of choice for self-defense. Citizens use handguns to protect themselves over 1.9 million times a year.
