Nothing, until you become sick or otherwise dependent on others because you haven't saved a dime.

As nothing is preventing the society or individuals from allowing him or her to die on the street and then removing the body he/she is not imposing on others by his/her life style anymore then someone who is taking up a dangerous sport that is likely to result in harms that his or her personal resources can not cover.

Or to put it another way no one have a moral rights to control the actions of others due to the aid they are freely offering them in time of needs.

Otherwise the society could control everyone life down to the smallest details such as the size of a container of soda you can buy.
