Make the Brine tank drain properly or get it repaired, it is the only way to get rid of the problem.

The problem takes place because of these reasons
The drain line flow control is clogged with debris, clean it.
The injector system is clogged, clean it.
The water conditioner timer is not cycling properly, new timer is needed.
These are just normal problems there are lots of other reasons which also can cause the same problem.
