Hello,
I am upgrading the electrical on a duplex. 2 bedroom 1 bath up, 1 bed 1 bath down with a shared laundry area, about 1600 total sq ft (so of course 2 kitchens, 2 livingrooms etc). Both apartments are already seperated electrically with seperate meters and service. So we will be upgrading 2 100 amp services as well as rewiring both units + adding additional outlets, probably 2 more per room.
One bid came out to $10,000 in the East Oregon area, is this fair? I dont even have a ball park amount so Im not sure.

Maybe someone else can help, but there should be at least two more bids that cover the same work. If they're all in the same ballpark, that's likely the cost and fairness becomes moot.

Yes, I will be seeking out additional bids... although I wont have them for awhile, I suppose Im just anxious to get some additional opinions.
