What can I do to make my computer run more apps without getting freeze up?

This is my computer system

I have to run lot of java apps, and these apps use lot of my CPU and memory

In my situation, what can I do to be able to run many java apps and not having system freeze up after 2-4 hours of running these java apps

run less memory intensive java programs or increase memory capacity.

Personally, I've never stressed my system out running as you're doing that involves that many intensive programs.

I'll repeat: run less memory intensive java programs or increase memory capacity.

You should increase the capacity or do not give so much load to your pc. It will not good.
