Skype help....

Hi,
How do I turn lest skype automatically start when Nagor calls me.
If I have a program running and someone calls, so shut my program down and skype on the screen, very annoying.

I only want to hear the ringtone and skype will not take over my program, as it does now.

My question is: Where do I make this adjustment in skype (ver.6xxx) ?
I have Win 7 SP1 64bit
