Probability Question

Had someone ask me this recently, and would appreciate any help:

Assume 1 in every 10 golfers is left-handed.

Question: A twosome (2 golfers) tees off, followed by a second twosome. What are the odds that at least one of the golfers in EACH twosome is left-handed?

Would like to know the answer AND how you calculate the answer. Many thanks.
