Google doesn't differentiate between individual posts. It uses pages. The post URLs are just in page bookmarks, it's all the same page. Ypu are searching for the URL and that dude is using said url in his sig. So your search is displaying text around his sig.
With the SEO mod and with more typical queries the descriptions will be contextual to the query and not nearly as "weird".
