Motherboard problem?

Hello friends,

I pressed the button of my CPU & the light turned on & the fan is working but the screen doesn't display anything. The CPU noise is different compared to last time and I don't think the monitor got a problem. My computer usually beeps upon starting up but now it doesn't. Is that motherboard's problem? If yes, how do I fix it?
