Hello All,
What are the possible ways to lose weight through weight loss exercise...?
I want to see quick results in weight. What should i prefer...?

The first and foremost thing you need to do is just stay away from fast food or any food you order for delivery to your house or collection. Drink plenty of water each day, at least a minimum of 2 litres and more on the days. Eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want. Walking is an incredibly powerful exercise to use when looking to lose weight. Swiss Ball is another incredibly useful exercise tool to have.

Simple and the best way is dieting and exercise.
Do exercise on daily basis swim, run, walk do as much as you can.
Avoid the outside oily food.

There are various types of exercise are available to lose weight like yoga at home and cardio exercise like running,walking,swimming & etc are very helpful.
Morning and evening walking or running are good for weight loss.

Any form of exercise will help you lose weight, so long as you raise your heart rate sufficiently while you're doing it. If you want to see "quick" results, you'll have to maximize your calorie-burn while reducing your caloric intake.

Walking is one best exercise that we can all do. You might also consider doing some jumping rope and involve yourself to sports but at the same time, eat good foods and avoid fatty foods and sweets. If you are physically active, you might consider doing wall climbing, running or swimming.

If you want to lose weight quickly then you should do regular exercise and yoga. You can also prefer other physical activities like running, swimming, cycling, walking etc. that really helps you to burn fat easily.
