Finding the most effective way to teach kids

If I were .the decider, I'd find out which kids were the indoor and outdoor types, separate them into two groups, expose them to all outdoor and indoor jobs, then allow them to chose which job interests them the most.

Outdoor: carpenter, painter, gardener, roofer, taxi driver, truck driver, motor man, policeman, equipment operator, etc., none of which need college education.

Indoor: CPA, banker, clerk, grocer, retailer, computer programmer, scientist, astronomer, geologist, engineer, architect, doctor, nurse, librarian, real estate seller, etc. All of which need college education.
