I am Bharath. Recently i selected in HSBC GLT drive as JAVA Developer. I have few questions, kindly can anyone help me out here?

1) For JAVA developer with 3Yrs of Experience, What is the Average package in HSBC GLT?
2) How can i know whether the job for development position or Production support position?
3) What are the divisions have by the HSBC, like for support one division, development another, BPO another like that?
4) How is the work culture & management in HSBC GLT hyderabad?
5) How is the hikes in HSBC like average 5% or 10%?
6) How are Onsite or relocation to other countries like US, UK etc in HSBC GLT?
