4.0 Operating system is best in Android.

As per knowledge, latest android 4.1 Jelly Bean will be the best android version but i will release in middle of July. So, until now we can call android 4.0 ICS the latest version of android. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is the improved version of ICS and will come with the so many new and extended features like Google Now, Offline voice typing, extended android bean, expandable notification etc...Google has promised to make Jelly Bean smoother, quicker, more responsive than Ice Cream Sandwich for the users.

Android 4.0 is one the latest version of Android, which includes an improved UI, optimized dual and quad core processor support. This version also includes 4.0.1, a small improvement of the 4.0 version.

Jellybean 4.2 is the latest version.
