Try to drink out plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glasses.
Try out not to skip meals.
One has to consume small well spaced meals.
Exercise regularly as perspiration is also a important way for reduction of weight since it helps to burn down fat easily.
Drink green tea or ginger tea. A very beneficial home remedy in obesity.
Aloe Vera is very much useful in helping for weight loss.
