Don't go on a diet.
Eat lots of fruits and vegies.
Exercise regularly - 5x's/week.
Don't pig out.
Drink plenty of water.

Try to drink out plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glasses.
Try out not to skip meals.
One has to consume small well spaced meals.
Exercise regularly as perspiration is also a important way for reduction of weight since it helps to burn down fat easily.
Drink green tea or ginger tea. A very beneficial home remedy in obesity.
Aloe Vera is very much useful in helping for weight loss.

weight loss is not so easy.. But not impossible aswell. with proper diet and exercise you can loose your weight very easily. 1st you stop eating outside food like pizza, burger and all kind of bakery items.. and start eating fresh food and vegetables...

First reduce your daily intake food to 50% drink more water, start with brisk walking daily 30mins. You will start reducing your weight gradually by 0.5kg per week.

Go for walking in the morning.
Take a break fast, eat fruits, juice without sugar.
Take your lunch, dinner on time, don't eat more calories.
Don't eat banana after lunch, banana help to gain weight.

Eat healthy food always,it is so effective for losing weight.Green vegetables are best for burning fats.Drink at least 8 to 10 glass water in day.
Exercise is best for losing weight.Cardio exercises are so effective for this.
Running,swimming,cycling and jogging are useful for burning fats.
Smoking and drinking alcohol are dangerous for health.Take proper sleep.

In my opinion everybody have to care about their diet.Please avoid fast food.You had better do regular exercise and yoga.It play an important role in our healthy life.

If you want to lose weight then you must follow a schedule. You have to do some exercise and yoga regularly. Consumption of proper diet is an important factor for an effective weight loss program. You can also prefer some other kind of physical activities like cycling, running etc. and you have to drink lots of water through out the day. Hope this weight loss program will help you in reducing your weight.
