For me: the taste of some mysterious beans I've been trying to figure out what to do with:

if youre talking about those lupini beans? did you EAT THEM??
They have alkaloids in them, they are the beans from the lupine.

Quick, call poison control. You are kidding arent you?

OK, I'm grumpy today. Evil or Very Mad (say nothing of poisoned, most likely. Shocked )
This day doesn't augur well! Evil or Very Mad ..... It's cold & raining & it's meant to be summer. FURTHERMORE, the rain is falling in the wrong places so it is not replenishing our fast diminishing water catchments ....

AND I'm sick & tired of the awful photographs of political leaders fawning over classes of primary school children, pretending they are nice people .. (election coming up!)

PLUS the revolting taste of the one lupini bean I tasted lingers, lingers & lingers ....

Farmerman - are you sure lupini is of the lupine? I think lupine seeds are pretty small.

MsOlga - did you buy these beans at a food store?

I'm dizzy & hallucinating something terrible ..... Nah, just joking! Very Happy
I just have a very persistent bitter taste in my mouth. Off to the compost bin with the cooked beans & the remaining uncooked ones!

Yes, a very reputable fruit/veg/& ethnic bits'n'pieces place. Was curious about what they'd taste like & assumed they's taste something like Lima beans because the looked similar. Ha!

nope, cant say that theres anything really got me in a wad.
I just had a new load a firewood delivered and it got up to 40 today. i hope I wont have to move this wood offn the front porch I was hopin to burn it by spring. then id move the large appliances out of the living room and back onto the porch.
