Do you think Zimmerman will be convicted of murder?

we would have heard about it,
You've been watching too much LAw and Order. If anything is leaked the other side would claim its prejudicial and a big ight would ensue and prosecutors would get fired for being stupid about what they leak.

The prosecution hasn't been the one releasing evidence ...

Oh yes they have been.

They have released tons of evidence.

Some in May 2012
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/05/17/prosecutors-release-new-evidence-in-george-zimmerman-shooting-case.html

Some in July 2012
http://globalgrind.com/news/prosecutors-release-new-evidence-george-zimmerman-case-trayvon-martin-fbi-investigation-details

Most people are simply not interested in following or reviewing it, judging by the comments that seem to be ignoring the evidence.

We just don't know exactly which of that evidence, or how much of it, will be admitted or used at trial.

This is a major issue. The prosecution HID and or DESTROYED evidence.

@Lash,
There is no evidence there that Prosecution HID or DESTROYED evidence.

There is a claim by an ex-employee that not everything was turned over but the state doesn't have to turn over everything whether relevant or not to the defense. The things that weren't turned over can be litigated and a court can decide. My guess is it will go nowhere because the thousands of photos will have no bearing on the verdict in the case.

OMG... The defense didn't get a picture Trayvon took of a sunset. The defense didn't get a picture Trayvon took of a car. The defense didn't get a picture Trayvon took of the ocean. While one could argue the defense might have been able to show Trayvon had bad eyesight from looking at the sun while he took that picture it hardly is evidence that the prosecution hid or destroyed.

@parados,
Actually, the defense got a copy of the raw data from Martin's phone. What's the problem, here?

@parados,
Relevance should have been decided by the defense - having rec'd everything rec'd by the prosecution. I'm amazed that you think it's ok for one side to withhold from the other.

The defense did receive the source file from the cellphone and used its own experts to extract data.
