just Ned to know how to set the knobs / program the older water softener that came in my house

Item older water softener but seems to work OK I just need to know how to set the dials so it matches my families usage. We are a family if 4 me my wife my 3 year old and my 1 year old. We usually do at least one dishwasher load a day. Many laundry loads but laundry often in cold water. My wife and I shower daily and the kids take a bath probably every other day. Then we use hot water for just usual stuff like rinsing off dishes and using rags to wipe stuff down with.

I would be happy to email pictures of the control dials to anyone willing to help. Or if I can attach pictures somewhere that would be great
