Import goods from China to India

Sir,
I have a requirement of Ball Bearings 6204Z at Hyderabad (India)which I want to Import from China,I have filtered several suppliers and I have neogiated with a manufacturer at China, Now he is demanding me 30% of the value i.e, INR 52,500 to do TT, balance against shipment BL.How can I trust them, is there any sourcing agency who can can guide /help me in the deal.I am urgently in need of the above product,
