Since I am not a govt agency I don't know how I can violate their Constitutional rights.
By holding anyone in slavery,
u violate his 13th Amendment rights.
Government agencies r not relevant.
(Historical note: most slave holders were not agencies of any government.)
My employer can tell me not to say things or not to do things but this in no way infringes on my Constitutional rights.
The difference between having a contractual relationship
and being held in slavery is freedom of volition
(in addition to the fact that one party thereto does not own the other one).
