What are good resources and funds for comic book writers?

As an apsiring comic book creator, artist and writer, I am interested right now in the writing part of it. I would like to know what are good resources out there for comic book writers, other than what I found here?:

And besides the Kickstarter kit and the Xeric Grant, what other funding out there caters to comic book writers (grants, fellowships, etc.)? I am looking of other sources specifically for comic book writers.

If anyone here is a comic book writer and has any information about any resources or funds available for comic book writing that would help me specifically, anything I may have missed, please let me know and help me out. It would be grealy appreciated. Thank you.
