Action movie help....

My mother watched a movie when I was a child and for the life of me I do not remember its name or any characters. I do however have some memory of parts of the movie. I know that a man and woman are in the woods on a hammock listening to California Dreamin.... their kid comes upon a pot field. Mom and dad are killed and the entire town is being run by this drug lords. The kid goes to live with the Aunt I believe and she calls in help. Enter the hero on a bike..... please help!
