No such word. Do you mean, perhaps, cacophagy? That means eating ****.

As Sir Set has mentioned it's coprophagy.

For rabbits as well as other animals, several key parts of their diet can not be digested the first time around. They eat their own droppings in order to redigest these missing dietary components which break down further with the second eating.
