Documentary Equipment...

What kind of camera, sound, lighting, software and hardware equipment woud you need to film a documentary. Bare in mind that most of the filming will be done outside. Also, the equipment must be fairly mobile and very travel friendly - a lot of travelling will take place. Finally, can the equipment run from a generator, seeing as we will visit some places where electricity will not be to our disposal...
