When I lay on my right side, I have a strange feeling going thru my head. It's a swimmy sensation or dizziness. Doesn't happen any other time.

@hefnerb,
Have you seen a doctor? Have you had a cold or the flu or any other symptoms like that in the past? I'd bring my body over to a qualified doc.

If you have not seen a doc, why not? All kinds of theories and guesses can be offered here, but the only logical thing to do to get a REAL answer is to see a doc. There's no one here that can give you any meaningful answers. Medical doctors are pretty good at these things. give them a try. Unless you want meaningless guesses that get you any closer to wellness.

Go to an ear, nose, throat specialist first. See what's going on inside that ear.

@Ragman,
My doctor says "It's a woman-thing". He likes to joke a lot, but says not to worry.

@hefnerb,
Then you've got the best answer from someone who is an expert.

@hefnerb,
"My doctor says "It's a woman-thing". He likes to joke a lot, but says not to worry."

I'd kick him in the balls if he said that to me.
That's also a woman thing.
