I undertand. Im hopelessly stuck in the analog world . My puter is a tool, a good one, but a tool nonetheless.

It's actually an interesting thing - a digital currency that can quite easily be exchanged for real-world currencies, at levels both large and small, with less transaction fees than most currency exchanges.

I've been waiting for a secure and ubiquitous online currency to pop up - it's going to be a game changer for the world economy when that happens.

A few years ago, I heard that cell phone minutes were becoming a medium of exchange, and the transfer of funds in some African nations. I sure hope the banking situation has improved beyond that point in the intervening years.
