Is there some job you've always wanted to do?? Or even just something you'd love to try your hand at once? Any far-fetched childhood goals of what you wanted to be? Very Happy

...My personal dream job of the moment is being some sort of sculptor/pastry chef hybrid who makes nude, female, portrait sculptures out of chocolate. Razz

What do YOU want to be when YOU grow up? Wink

Lil' Abner had a great job. He was the mattress tester in a mattress factory.

KING might be a nice job, in the right country.

At times, I have been well paid.
I've also been a sports journalist.

My impossible dream: to be a well paid sports journalist.

I wanted to be a long-haul truck driver when i was in about grade 5. I thought it was cool that the truck drivers i knew all smoked cigars. Now I smoke an occasional cigar after a good round of golf, and work with truck drivers. Almost there.

Bandylu2- I'm retired, and I work much harder than when I was in business. If I didn't have a calendar, I NEVER could remember what was happening at any particular time. Sometimes I am grateful when someting that I am going to is cancelled!

What would that be, Misti? Telling jokes on the net? If so, retire now! Loved the ones I read from you so far! Mine are not fit to print, I'm afraid... Embarrassed Twisted Evil

I have some of those "NOT FIT TO PRINT" jokes too, but I would be banned for posting them.

Let's see, I want to paint, spend time at the beach, read, travel and not worry about deadlines, and most of all, post my jokes for you!

I want to retire so I can do whatever I want to whenever I want to. Hopefully the 'whatevever' will include a great deal of gardening, some crafting, maybe some writing, and lots of visits with loved ones.

Hmm...when I was growing up, I always wanted to be a pilot - but my dad was hell bent on sending me to an engineering school (he is one, my grandfather was one, one great grandfather was one...u get the picture) - so when I got the admission in the college of my choice - I chose to study aerospace engineering and started to learn how to fly. Three years down the line, could fly pretty well (gliders only, needed that license first), but got pretty disillusioned with the aerospace industry in general - so decided to be something else. When the bank selected me thru campus recruitment, I decided to be a banker Laughing Money being the foremost in my mind. Got into the job, working 80 hrs a week - the pilot dream just died.

Have fantasies even know of giving it all up and becoming a pilot, but it is too late.

Another fantasy of mine is to be an escort boy or a porn film star  but I really have no idea how do u go abt being one Laughing
