I would like to know what the accurate translation for "story of my life" in Latin. I Googled it and it gave me, "historia vitae meae". Is that correct? Can someone please break it down for me or give me an overall translation of the phrase, please.

Yes, it is correct.
historia --> story
vitae --> of life
meae --> my
