English to Scots Gaelic translation

I was hoping that somebody could help me with a translation. I am looking to have a phrase translated from English to Scots Gaelic. I intend to use the translation as a tattoo design to honour my grandmother, who recently passed. The phrase that i would like translated is: forget and I am lost, remember and I am forever there. Whatever help would be greatly appreciated.
