How can I permanently set All Folder Templates to "Document"?

If you right click in the white space of an open folder you can click customize and set the folder template to: Documents, Photos, Pictures, Music, Video... I want to be able to set this setting for all the folders on my whole computer and make it permanent. I know that you can use the check box that says apply this to all sub folders, but even if you go through and get all the folders on all your drives they eventually just reset themselves. Does anyone know how to force all the folders to conform to one standard? It's Documents that I want to set everything to in case anyone needs to know what setting I want.
