What was the name of that movie

Movie was named for a beast that grew inside a female actor (I thought she was Jill Clayburgh but not listed in her filmography). As the beast grew, she was hospitalized not knowing the reason for her condition. In the hospital the beast caused a winter effect in the location of the hospital room. The beast eventually errupts from the back of the actor.
